Massage is a therapy for body and soul

Reveal your natural beauty

The massage must provide a feeling of well-being, whether it's anti-aging, slimming, energizing or relaxing.

Massage is a therapy for both body and soul, enabling you to become aware of, love and trust your body. A massage is like surrendering yourself for a moment, and getting back in touch with yourself.

The Klaris Esthétique team offers a choice of massages with different virtues to suit your needs:

Relaxing massage

A massage with a thousand virtues! You come to relax, and thanks to a combination of precise gestures, maneuvers, pressure and smoothing, the masseuse releases your body's tensions. Knots are untied, and the circulation of fluids and energy is harmonized. Relaxing massage acts as a genuine anti-inflammatory and anti-stress treatment. The mind calms to the rhythm of the maneuvers, the time to let go, the time to think of nothing but the freedom to feel good.

The massage lasts 50 minutes.

The benefits are immediate from the very first session. Cures are recommended for a lasting effect, alone or combined with GMP Detox 30'sessions or relaxing wraps in a heated blanket.

Anti-aging facial massage

As with the body, facial muscles need to work to stay toned!

Anti-aging facial massage consists of a series of maneuvers designed to stimulate skin microcirculation and lymphatic flow, for better cell oxygenation and drainage of metabolic waste products. It also firms skin tissue and relaxes muscles, smoothing out expression lines.

Gestures are designed to stimulate the skin muscles that line the face and are in close contact with the skin. The effect is immediate on tissue quality and facial volume. Finally, it tones the face and restores its curves.

the face is plumped up and the complexion luminous at the end of the treatment.

The session lasts 50 minutes.

The benefits are immediate from the very first session. Ideally, the massage session is preceded by a skin cleansing. Cures are recommended for a lasting effect.

Slimming massage

A slimming massage involves a combination of technical maneuvers to treat all types of cellulite and refine the silhouette. The skin is kneaded, stretched, patted and lifted to remove dimpled skin.

Each gesture is designed to activate lymphatic circulation, helping the body to eliminate toxins and fat. The pressure exerted may be painful, but its aim is to dislodge the fatty deposits responsible for orange-peel skin.

If you suffer from bloating or swelling due to water retention, you'll see results fairly quickly.

The skin's appearance improves and the orange-peel effect diminishes. The effects of manual palpating and rolling combined with drainage maneuvers are spectacular. You'll feel relaxed, your figure refined and toned.

The session lasts 50 minutes.

In cases of water retention, improvement is visible from the first session. For a lasting slimming effect, cures of at least 10 sessions are required. As an initial treatment, 2 to 3 sessions per week. For maintenance, 1 session per week.

A slimming massage complements a balanced diet and, ideally, regular exercise.

The slimming program can be a combination of slimming massages, 45' GMP sessions and heated wraps.
